Leo and Douglas' English Country Garden Wedding

As a day of pure joy and celebration with all your nearest and dearest, we truly can't think of a better place to host a wedding than one that has sentimental value in it's very structure. Newlyweds Leo and Douglas were extremely fortunate to be able to host their special day in the grounds of a gorgeous country house in Somerset that was previously owned by Leo's grandmother. To add to the familiarity of the day, the wedding photographer Helen Abraham had actually worked professionally alongside the bride Leo on multiple projects previously, which enabled the wedding day photographs to truly feel relaxed and at ease.

Getting ready at home, the gorgeous bridal party had a lovely, chilled start to the day. Leo the bride wowed in a intricate cap-sleeved lace, beaded dress that dipped to a 'v' at the back. In shades of duck egg blue and white, the bridesmaids wore beautiful embellished dresses that suited the English countryside setting down to a tee. Both the bride and the bridesmaids clutched bunches of flowers that consisted of white and pink peonies, blue nigella, pink astilbe, garden roses and scabiosa with lovely seasonal foliage. The groom wore a traditional kilt and suit in shades of navy and green with a delicate white and lilac buttonhole.
