Only 30 minutes away from London, Hylands Estate includes Hylands House and Grand Pavilion which operates as a dry hire venue, providing you with celebration spaces and furniture. There is a selection of accredited and recommended suppliers to choose from that have been carefully chosen to provide the best service for your special day.

    Exclusive use, dry hire wedding venue.

    Yours for the day, the venue is dry hire which is very rare at a property of this grandeur. This means you can use a choice of suppliers, including a selection of caterers from their own Accredited Caterers list.

  • Elegant wedding reception setup inside a large white tent with floral centerpieces, round tables dressed in white tablecloths, and wooden chairs, chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, and large windows with green foliage outside.

    Plenty of space to host up to 300 guests with a number of locations to choose from.

    Host weddings of up to 100 guests within the historic main house, or opt for their grand pavilion for weddings of up to 300 guests.

    From the manicured gardens featuring seasonal blooms to the grand rooms indoors, there are an abundance of beautiful backdrops for your wedding photos.

    Lavish interiors inside, beautiful gardens and a blank canvas pavilion outside.

    From 24 carat leaf decorations, silk lined walls, gilded ceilings and marble fireplaces inside the house to the elegant Grand Pavilion with sparkling chandeliers and ivory drapes, you can have the best of both worlds at this venue.
